What we stand for
Equity and Inclusion are at the heart of our box. Everyone who steps through our doors should feel loved, welcomed and valued. The infinity sign in our logo symbolizes our community who gets welcomed and then treated as family so that they can exist in a never ending loop without discrimination or devaluation. The inclusion sign in the middle is the most important part and therefore is at the heart of the logo and our box. It also symbolizes a bridge that new members cross and where they can leave their past behind and step into something new; where their abilities, age, levels of fitness, appearance no longer matter and they get seen for who they are and what they are capable of. We cannot wait to welcome you as a new member of our community.

What we offer
WOD
WOD stands for ‘Workout of the Day’ and consists of a series of movements that are going to be performed during the session. It is preceded by a warm-up and culminates in a cool-down/stretching session.
Nutrition
Should you desire help with your nutrition, do not despair. Some of our trainers are licensed Precision Nutrition Level 1 certificate holders and ready to talk healthy lifestyle. From customized nutrtion plans to learning how to track your macros or simply becoming aware of food choices; everything is possible at CrossFit Iron Sparks.
